Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Noxans ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
2. Description of Service
Noxans is a desktop application that provides AI-powered coding assistance, including screenshot-based problem extraction, AI solution generation, debugging assistance, and real-time transcription features.
3. Account Registration
Some features require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
4. Subscription Plans
- Free Tier: Limited access to features with usage restrictions
- Monthly Plan (IDR 2,000,000/month): Unlimited access, billed monthly, cancel anytime
- Permanent Plan (IDR 10,000,000 one-time): Lifetime unlimited access
Payment is processed via WhatsApp-based coordination. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
- Distribute, share, or sublicense your license to third parties
- Use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to bypass hardware-bound licensing or security mechanisms
- Use automated tools to extract or replicate the Software's functionality
6. Intellectual Property
The Software and all associated intellectual property are owned by PT Noxans. Your license grants usage rights only — no ownership is transferred.
7. Limitation of Liability
PT Noxans is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software. The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your license is revoked and you must uninstall the Software.
Privacy Policy
1. Data We Collect
- Account data: Email address, subscription status
- Device data: Hardware fingerprint (for licensing only)
- Usage data: Feature usage counts (anonymous, for billing purposes)
2. Data We Do NOT Collect
- Screenshots: Never stored on our servers
- Code: Never transmitted to PT Noxans
- Audio recordings: Processed locally, never uploaded to us
- API keys: Stored locally on your device only
- Browsing history, personal files, or system data
3. Third-Party AI Providers
When using cloud AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini), your screenshots and prompts are sent directly to those providers. PT Noxans does not proxy, store, or intercept these requests. Refer to each provider's privacy policy for details.
4. Local Processing
When using Best Model (Best Model), all AI processing occurs on your machine. No data leaves your device.
5. Data Security
We use encryption, code obfuscation, and hardware-bound licensing to protect the Software and your data. Configuration files are encrypted at rest.
License Agreement
Noxans is licensed under the PT Noxans Proprietary Software License Agreement.
Key Terms
- License is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited to personal/commercial use by the licensee
- License is bound to a single device via hardware fingerprint
- You may not distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Software
- All intellectual property rights remain with PT Noxans
- Violation of license terms results in immediate license revocation
